- When you are finished shopping, click "Checkout" from your shopping cart. From there, you will be guided through a checkout process that is safe, secure, and easy! You can register as a user and have your information saved for the next time you visit, or you can checkout as a guest without registering.
- Can I order by phone?
- You bet! To place your order by phone, put the items you want to purchase in your shopping cart or "My Faves." View the contents of your shopping cart or "My Faves," and with this screen in front of you, call our toll-free number 1-877-FLAIR4ALL (1-877-352-4742).
- How will I know if you have received my order?
- After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation number (it's a good idea to print this information for future reference). If you entered a valid e-mail address, you will also receive an order confirmation e-mail and, once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation e-mail. Once your order has shipped you will then receive a e-mail with a tracking number. As always, please contact us with questions.
- How long does it take to process an online order?
- Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible, usually in 1-2 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). If you have an account with flair4all, log in and track your order. Questions? Contact us any time.
- Can I have my items gift wrapped?
- We're sorry! We do not offer gift-wrapping at this time.
- Will I pay sales tax on my order?
- If your order is shipped to Arkansas, Minnesota, Texas or Wisconsin you will pay any applicable state and local sales tax.
- What if an item is out of stock?
- Unfortunately, we cannot take orders on any item that is not currently in stock. If an item you like is out of stock, we encourage you to put it in your "My Faves" and check back soon to see if it's available.
- Will the flair4all I ordered look exactly like what I see online?
- We make every effort to display designs as accurately as possible, including allowing you to view each sheet that will come in your flair-pack. However, the colors, dimensions, and details that you see on your computer monitor will vary depending on your equipment, so we cannot guarantee that your equipment will accurately display the details of our designs.
Payment Options
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. You must be at least 18 years old to order. We do not accept American Express, money orders, cash, checks or PayPal.
- How do I use a promo code?
- Enter a valid code on the shopping cart page and then click on "Apply Code" to receive your discount. Only one discount of any type may be used at a time. Please check for details and expiration information related to your code. No discounts are redeemable for cash, nor are they valid toward any previously purchased merchandise.
- Do you offer gift cards?
- We're sorry. We do not offer gift cards or credits at this time.
- Can I be sure my private information will be secure?
- For your security, we use the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent any private information you enter from being intercepted. - Currently flair4all ships to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We ship using the US Postal Service, FedEx 3 Day Express Saver, Fed Ex 2 Day Express and Fed Ex Standard Overnight.

- Orders placed by 1 p.m. CST will ship that day.
- Orders placed after 1 p.m. CST will ship the next day.
Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. When you place an order, we will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure the funds are available. If you are using MasterCard or Visa, the pre-authorization may appear as if you have been charged. With some institutions' cards, the funds become unavailable, but the account is not debited until the order ships. If the order is canceled for any reason, the time it takes for the hold to release depends on the issuer of the card.

- We're sorry. Currently, each order can only be shipped to one address.
- Why has only part of my order shipped?
- We try our best to make sure we can ship all items in your order, but sometimes an error occurs and we realize an item is out of stock after your order has been placed. If this happens, we will notify you via e-mail that part of your order is out of stock, ship the rest of your order and issue a refund for the out of stock item(s). You can call or e-mail customer service to find out when the item will be back in stock and place another order at that time.
Returns
- What is your return policy?
- At flair4all.com we want you to love your new flair. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for a refund. All returns must be requested within 30 days of placing your order and be in an unused condition. We do not accept return requests after the 30-day period. We do not offer exchanges or credits.
Returns require authorization from our customer service department. Please contact customer service at 1-877-FLAIR4ALL (1-877-352-4742) or returns@flair4all.com to request a return. Any returns received without authorization from customer service will not be processed. All returns authorized by customer service must be physically received by the return center within 30 days of authorization.
Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the items returned plus applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. We do not accept returns by Collect on Deliver (C.O.D). Once your return has been authorized, please pack your shipment securely and return it to:

- Once an order is submitted to flair4all, it goes immediately into the system and unfortunately cannot be cancelled or changed. However, any order may be returned for a refund of the product purchase price. If we cannot determine the purchase price of a returned item, a refund is issued at the lowest price offered in the last 90 days. Shipping and processing charges are not refunded. Please contact customer service at 1-877-FLAIR4ALL (1-877-352-4742) or returns@flair4all.com to request a return. Any returns without authorization from customer service will not be processed. We do not accept returns by Collect on Deliver (C.O.D).
- The item I received was defective or incorrect. Do I have to pay to ship it back to you?
- If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, you will not have to pay to ship it back to us. Please contact customer service at 1-877-FLAIR4ALL (1-877-352-4742) or returns@flair4all.com to request a return. Any returns received without authorization from customer service will not be processed. We do not accept returns by Collect on Delivery (C.O.D). We also cannot refund the initial shipping cost.
- I sent back a return, but haven't received a confirmation of my return.
- Returns can take 1-2 weeks to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email. Check your spam folder to make sure the notification didn't get marked as spam.

- How do I create an account?
- Simply click on the log in link at the top of any page and click "Create Account" to get started.

- To sign in, click on the log in link at the top of any page. To sign out, click the log out link at the top of any page. You should always sign out when you are finished to prevent other users of your computer from accessing your information.
- Order History
- As a registered user, you can log in to your account to track your order history and current purchases by date or order number in real time.
- Edit Your Profile
- Editing your profile means changing the personal information such as your contact information, billing or shipping information that you entered when you registered or your preference for receiving communication from us. You can edit your profile at any time by signing into your account using the log in link at the top of any page.
- Change Your Password
- Log in to your account and select "Account Information" from the menu. Select the "Change Password" checkbox and change your password. We recommend that you change your password every time you receive a temporary password.
- Forgot your password
- On the My Account page, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link and follow the prompts. After receiving a new password, you should go to the "Change Password" page immediately to create a new password. A new password can only be issued through the Web site. Please do not contact us to obtain your username or password.
- My Faves
- By registering, you can save a list of your favorite flair online. Select your favorite designs and save them to your "My Faves" list. Then forward your faves to friends and family to let them know what you want—or move them to your shopping cart when you are ready to buy.

- Flair4all is designed, made and printed right here in the United States.
- How does flair4all work?
- Flair4all is simple to use and you can do it yourself. Just peel the designs off the backing sheet and place them on the wall, door, mirror, locker or wherever you want. - Is flair4all removable?

- How long will flair4all stay up?
- Flair4all is great for decorating when you're going to change things up every once in awhile or put it in temporary locations like your locker. Of course, it's also great to leave up for longer periods of time. In most locations, flair4all will last 1-2 years without falling down. It generally lasts longer on completely smooth surfaces like mirrors and doors, and maybe not quite as long on walls that are bumpy or textured.
- Can I move flair4all around or re-use it?
- Absolutely! What makes flair4all different from many other decals is that you can unstick and restick flair4all over and over. - What is flair4all made of?
- Flair4all is made of a thin white vinyl with SmartRelease™ adhesive and a paper-backing sheet.
- Where can I apply flair4all?
- Flair4all works well on most walls, mirrors, glass, doors, wood finishes, laminate, tile, metal, and cinderblock. Surfaces should be clean and dry before you apply your flair. Do not use flair4all on a recently painted wall. Make sure to wait 4-6 weeks after painting to apply flair4all.
- Will the flair4all I ordered look exactly like what I see online?

- Do other products have SmartRelease?
- No. Other products use standard adhesives, but only flair4all has the SmartRelease™ adhesive.
- Are flair4all decals intended for children?
- No. Flair4all decals are not intended for use by children under the age of 13.
General Technical Information
- Browser Recommendation
- Flair4all.com is best viewed with Firefox 2.0 and above, Internet Explorer 6 and above, Safari 2 and above, and America Online (AOL). You can download the most current versions by clicking on the browser names.
These browsers have been tested on our site and should allow you to view the site most of the time. However, please note that with all of the computer/browser combinations, there are sure to be some bugs. In particular, if you are using Internet Explorer on a Macintosh computer, please consider using Firefox or Safari. - Credit card not accepted
- The most common problem is a keying error. Be sure to select the card type and enter the number very carefully. Enter the numbers in the same order they appear on the card, without dashes, commas, or spaces. If you use the numbers pad on your keyboard, be sure the Num Lock key is pressed. Make sure you have not typed a lowercase "L" for a "one" or an uppercase "O" for a "zero." If you encounter an error page that asks you to re-enter the information, make sure you re-select the credit card type, and re-enter the number and expiration date. Credit card information is not stored until registration is complete. If you continue to have problem, please call our customer service number at 1-877-FLAIR4ALL (1-877-352-4742) and we can take your order over the phone.
